Shipping and Delivery Information

Domestic Orders:

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all prepaid domestic orders.

• Shipping Time: Orders in stock will be shipped the next day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday, unless it’s a holiday.

• Tracking: Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations are sent at the end of the business day.

• We make our best efforts to get your orders delivered within 5 - 7 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take longer but if this happens we will be in touch with you at every stage.
  
  

• Urgent Delivery: For urgent delivery, specify 'urgent' in the notes section during checkout. We will prioritize your order for shipment within 2 working days.

 

Payment Options:

• Cash On Delivery (COD): Available across India with a Rs. 100 shipping fee. Shipping is free for prepaid orders.

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping for all prepaid domestic orders.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy:

• COD Orders: If you choose COD and do not accept the parcel upon delivery, our system will block you from placing any further COD orders. Only prepaid options will be available for future transactions. Let’s keep transactions fair and hassle-free for everyone!
