Return and refund policy

EASY 2 DAYS RETURNS

Trendytwins accepts returns within a 2-day period from the date your product has been delivered to you under the following conditions.

We have a strict No Refund Policy.

Condition of Return Items: Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return Delivery Costs: Return delivery costs for products with manufacturing faults or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Trendytwins. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Non-returnable Items: 'Sale', 'Final Sale', 'Clearance Sale', '999 Squad', 'Flash Sale', or 'End Of Season Sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized products are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Material or Color Preferences: Exchanges/Returns will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We suggest that the customer should read the product description and review all pictures before ordering. You can also message us for more details about the product if needed.
Liability: Our liability is limited only to the Invoice Value.
Video Proof: Returns will only be accepted when you provide a video showing the product in its original condition with tags attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, simply message us on WhatsApp at +919871716740. Someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the return process. They may request further information/photographs, including a video of the product, to assess your return request. Please assist them. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

ONCE TRENDYTWINS RECEIVES YOUR RETURN

Assessment: Our team will assess the product once it reaches our warehouse.
Refund or Exchange: The amount you paid for the product(s) will be refunded to you in the form of store credit or will be exchanged, depending on availability. The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Notification: You will receive a courtesy email update from Trendytwins as soon as your refund has been initiated.

CANCELLATIONS

Before placing your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are not applicable on items that are already on discount/sale.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards are non-returnable.

MODIFICATIONS

Trendytwins reserves the unilateral right to modify or alter the above conditions and policy without prior notice, and the same shall be final and binding.
